The Place

The site is located in the heart of the Chilean Patagonian Temperate Rainforest, one of the world’s richest areas in biodiversity and endemism, and part of the Valdivian Rainforest. This area is adjacent to Pumalín Douglas Tompkins National Park.

A good connectivity

The Chaitén area offers excellent connectivity within a privileged natural setting. The aerodrome is located just 20 km from the town center, while Puerto Montt is connected via the scenic Carretera Austral and ferry routes. Santa Bárbara is only 10 to 12 km north of Chaitén, with direct access along Route 7, offering the perfect balance of nature, tranquility, and accessibility.
